Our acceptable use policy outlines guidelines for using our hosting services. We prohibit illegal, malicious, or unethical activities, and have restrictions on the use of resources to ensure optimal performance for all customers.
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") is a legally binding agreement between Forest Racks, LLC d/b/a ForestRacks and the subscriber (the "Subscriber" or "you") that governs the use of ForestRacks' services (the "Services"). By using the Services, the Subscriber agrees to comply with this AUP.
The Subscriber shall not use the Services for any activities that are illegal, malicious, unethical, or that abuse our network. This includes, but is not limited to:
The Subscriber shall not create multiple billing accounts without prior written consent from ForestRacks, except in cases where the Subscriber has been granted express permission to do so.
The Subscriber shall only host software, audio, and video downloads if they are the writer and copyright owner of the resources.
You acknowledge that ForestRacks or third parties own all right, title and interest in and to the computer source code related to the Product, portions thereof, or software or content provided through or in conjunction with the Product, including without limitation all intellectual property rights. Except for the license granted in this section, all rights in and to the Product are reserved, and no implied licenses are granted by ForestRacks.
If you have comments on the Product or ideas on how to improve them, please email [email protected]. Please note that by doing so, you also grant ForestRacks a perpetual, fully paid, royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable license, with right of sublicense, to use and incorporate your ideas or comments into the Product (or third party software, content, or services), and to otherwise exploit your ideas and comments, in each case without further compensation. When using ForestRacks, you must respect the intellectual property rights of others. We will respond to any notice of alleged copyright infringement if they comply with the law and are properly reported to us. We reserve the right to delete or disable content alleged to infringe.
If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable in a particular jurisdiction, such provision shall be severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. This Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
